BRE is being funded through a number of DTI projects within the Framework and Partners In Innovation Programmes to look at ways of involving the client more proactively in design. This may be either as part of the briefing process; during the design phase; or in evaluating the success of the finished project in order to either enhance its performance or learn lessons for subsequent commissions.

This site has been set up to provide details of two specific projects:

• Innovation in facilities management, recently completed
• Measuring performance by reference to the customer, ongoing work
