GUIDE FOR MODERNIZATION OF DISTRICT HEATING SYSTEMS BY IMPLEMENTATION OF SMALL/MEDIUM COGENERATION
This Guide was developed by the team dealing with the situation in Romania, where there has already been extensive disconnection from district heating in favour of gas-fired individual boilers. A strategy is outlined by which schemes or the best parts of schemes may be saved, involving the installation of small or medium sized CHP.
